Selling Real Estate is never easier,   when you deal Sun National Title.  We take care of  holding the escrow deposit,  ordering the Title Search and paying off Liens and Emcumbrances.

All you need to do is to provide us with some basic information, such as your mortgage account information (if you have one) and your Home Owners Association info ( if you have one ).

We will also need your banks wiring instructions so that we can wire the proceeds of the sale.  If you would prefer a check.  please be advised that some banks may put a "hold"  on large checks, so your funds may not be available immediately.  It's best to check with your bank to determine their policy.

Wired Funds generally hit your bank account the day that they sent and are available immediately.  If your closing happens late in the day,  the wire may post the following

day.  Different banks have different cut off times for posting wires.  Our Cut Off time is 4:30.  Your bank may be sooner or later. If you need your funds immediately,  check with your bank to determine availbility.

At closing we will need your Social Security number or Tax ID number if your property is held in a corporation name.  We will also need a copy of your government issued ID.

If you are unable to attend closing at our office, we will be happy to email, fax or overnight your closing documents to you.  If this is the case they will have to signed in the presence of Notary Public.  Once you send your signed documents back to use we can disburse your funds.
